Questions about which of the eight tours fits your dates, your group or your mobility. Corrections — if a stop time, a price or an ISK figure on this site has changed, tell me and I will update the page and say when. Questions about the loop itself: roads, weather, what is open in November. Tour operators and press are welcome too.
What I cannot help with
I am an independent guide, not a tour operator and not GetYourGuide, so I cannot see, change or cancel your booking. For that, use the confirmation email GetYourGuide sent you — every tour on this site has free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure, and that is handled entirely on their side. I also cannot get you a refund for weather, though most operators here will offer an alternative date.
Before you email about which tour to book, the answer may already be written down: all eight compared, what each price rung buys, or the individual reviews.
Where we are
This site is written from Selfoss, Iceland, the town on Route 1 where the southern leg of the loop comes back down to the main road, twenty minutes from Kerið. If you want to see where that is: Selfoss, Iceland on Google Maps.
The tours themselves leave from Reykjavík, about an hour west — Bus Stop 12 at Höfðatorg, the BSÍ terminal, hotel doors, or the Skarfabakki cruise terminal, depending which one you book.
